Will you be including anything Chinese in the stocking this year? This post very quickly lists out some things to consider to put Chinese into the gift list, especially focused for the little ones (kindergarten and preschoolers). There still is time to order so please consider giving something Chinese to keep languages alive and magical in your family this year end.

Halloween is a time which creates lots of conversations in our house - are ghosts real? Are there skeletons in heaven? And how much candy is ok?

The truth is that it’s okay for kids to be bored.

Getting kids to WRITE: writing is important for literary in any language (especially non-phonetic ones) as the sequential movement of fingers & hand hardwires the brain to learn.

ALPHA EGG AI WRITING PEN: Introducing a smart digital pen which teaches a child how to WRITE Chinese characters using traditional pen and paper. Tbis pen is AMAZING. I made a reel about it, which didn’t show the pen in it’s full glory, so this is a more detailed post with some pictures.
